Are all your products certified organic?

Not everything is certified organic, yet everything that we source we ensure that it's true quality. About 30% of our herbs are wildcrafted, and 70% are organic. Feel free to ask us or look at the label or the site for specific herbs, origin and if certified.

What is your return policy?

If you receive a product that you would like to return for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in a new, unused condition. The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. For all returns to be processed, it has to be within 15 days of receipt, if it's past the 15th day we will charge a restocking fee of 20% from the total order. We are not able to refund you the shipping charges as that is a cost we have to fulfill on our end as well.

What are the exceptions / non-returnable items?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Jia-Jia Jewellery is custom handmade designer crystal jewellery and can not be returned for a refund due to its fragile and delicate nature and energy exchange involved in creation and delivery to our beautiful customers who rely on us to offer her jewellery direct from source to client. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items.

 What are your Return terms and conditions?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ritualrose.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
